Classes
Riders will be separated into 4 different classes:
• Beginner (Walk Only)
• Intermediate (Walk/Trot)
• Advanced I (Walk/Trot/Lope)
• Advanced II (Walk/Trot/Lope/Gallop)
You assign your own class. Please place yourself where you and your horse will be most comfortable.
Cost/Jackpot
Cost varies per class. Your fee is your buy in. 1st place winners receive 65% payout. This price will depend on the amount of riders.
2nd place winners will receive a special gift card and gift from our staff, along with a ribbon. 3rd place winners will receive a ribbon.
Beginners: $45 per rider
Intermediate: $55 per rider
Advanced I&II: $60 per rider
Payments are made upon arrival
How it Works
If you are interested, please visit the link listed on this website to register.
Once you are registered, you will be sent confirmation and within a week from now (march 18th) obstacle courses will be sent out for each class. You will also be asked to download a free app to be part of the competitor’s private group chat.
You will be required to memorize your course. Our farm will be open on specific days for you to bring your horse to practice your course (please keep in mind, not all obstacles will be ready in the beginning). These days and more information will be discussed through our group chat.
You will ride through obstacles that are more challenging the higher the class. These obstacles include ground poles, curtains, creeks, steep hills, tree logs, ladders, jumps and more. Beginners will not jump, intermediate will have small cross poles, advanced I and II will have jumps varying in height getting no larger 2.5 feet.
You be scored based on quality of riding, movement, and response of the horse and rider, as well as fastest time, and no faults. Beginners are not timed.
No one under 10 years of age can compete, please do not enter a child who is not qualified for this ride.
Documents Required
Before being allowed to compete, you must show an up to date soundness check and negative coggins for your horse.
You will also be required to sign a liability release form.
